Pure compressed air at low cost. Service friendly.
KAESER FILTERS are the key components for providing compressed air in all cleanliness classes according to ISO 8573-1. They do this with very little differential pressure. Thanks to their service-friendly design, they offer error-free and easy opening and closing of the filter housing as well as quick and clean element changes.

Planning note:
-Please note that additional compressed air treatment components may be required for your project planning. Compressed air always contains a certain amount of solids/dust, moisture and a residual oil content (hydrocarbons in aerosol/vapor form). Depending on the application, a certain degree of preparation is required (see ISO 8573). We would be happy to advise you on this.
Type: F6KE Key product benefits of KAESER FILTER
Clean according to standards
KAESER FILTER use modern, deep-pleated filter media in coalescence and dust filters to remove particles and aerosols. In activated carbon filters, high-performance carbon fleece retains oil vapours. Together with an innovative flow control, a high filtration efficiency is achieved with a low pressure loss at the same time. The excellent performance data of the KAESER FILTER was determined in accordance with ISO 12500 and confirmed by the independent testing organization Lloyd's Register.
Low pressure drop. Big savings.
The profitability of a compressed air filter depends crucially on its pressure loss. KAESER FILTERS have generously dimensioned housings and filter surfaces, innovative flow control and high-performance filter media. This achieves a pressure drop that is up to 50% lower than with commercially available filters. This remains almost constant over the service life of the filter element. This relieves the upstream compressors and thus offers significant cost and CO2 savings potential.
Service-friendly design. Safe handling.
KAESER FILTERS have generously dimensioned, corrosion-resistant aluminum housings and stable filter elements. In addition, its practical bayonet lock ensures automatic positioning of the housing and element seal. Both seals are part of the filter element. This ensures that a filter housing can only be sealed when the filter element is inserted. A locking screw prevents accidental opening of the housing under pressure and is used to vent the housing.
