Cyclone separator KC Type: F26KC
Efficient condensate separation
KAESER KC cyclone separators are particularly effective at removing condensate. This is ensured by the flow-optimized, maintenance-free swirl insert with a top degree of separation of up to 99% and a pressure loss of less than 0.1 bar. The KC cyclone separators are supplied as standard with the economical and particularly reliable condensate drain ECO-DRAIN 31 - naturally including a test button and alarm contact.

Use:
KAESER KC cyclone separators remove condensate from the compressed air outlet of the compressor. They are a must for trouble-free and energy-efficient operation of downstream dryers and filters.
Tip:
The ideal supplement: Compressed air refrigeration dryers from KAESER - provide reliable and inexpensive protection against the formation of new condensate and line corrosion and ensure trouble-free production processes.
Standard equipment:
- Corrosion-protected aluminum housing default
- Flow-optimized element head default
- Maintenance-free twist insert default
- Electronically level-controlled condensate drain ECO-DRAIN 31 standard
Options:
- Wall Bracket Kit
- Connection set (except F9KC) No
- Silicone-free version (VW works standard 3.10.7)
- Special paint filter bowl
Planning note:
- Please note that additional compressed air treatment components may be required for your project planning. Compressed air always contains a certain amount of solids/dust, moisture and a residual oil content (hydrocarbons in aerosol/vapor form). Depending on the application, a certain degree of preparation is required (see ISO 8573). We would be happy to advise you on this.
Type: F26KC Decisive product advantages cyclone separator series KC
Consistently efficient
The air flow in the cyclone separator was optimized by KAESER using the latest flow simulation and measured in accordance with ISO 12500-4. The result is a twist insert with a top degree of separation of up to 99% - stable over a wide performance range and with a pressure loss of less than 0.1 bar.
Robust and stable in value
Housings made of seawater-resistant aluminum with an additional passivation layer make our cyclone separators real endurance runners. The compressed air connections of the housing can be variably selected and therefore always fit perfectly with our screw compressors.
Maintenance free
KAESER KC series cyclone separators are maintenance-free. The ECO-DRAIN condensate drain is equipped with the service unit for particularly reliable maintenance.
