Every CLASSIC craftsman compressor works with a KAESER airend "Made in Germany". For outputs of up to 1.5 kW, the motor and compressor housing form a common component. The compressor blocks are manufactured in the KAESER production center for piston compressors in the Coburg plant, where the complete systems are also assembled and tested. High-quality materials and careful assembly guarantee high air performance and a long service life.

KAESER compressor block
The heart, the compressor block, is manufactured in Germany at the KAESER factory in Coburg. Pistons, piston rings, connecting rods, bearings and crank flange are particularly robust. This guarantees quality and reliability.

Corrosion-free stainless steel valves
The non-corrosive stainless steel valves have valve tongues with heat-dissipating stroke limitation. This ensures tight closing and longer valve life.
high performance fluid
Every KAESER professional compressor is filled with a special, temperature-resistant high-performance fluid as standard. This means that there is almost no oil carbon left on the valves. In addition, the change interval doubles to around 1000 operating hours.
