Other important properties of the refrigeration dryer are: high flow security, electronic condensate drain, stainless steel plate heat exchanger system with air/air heat exchanger and efficient condensate separator, and a low overall height. The refrigeration circuit is designed for ambient temperatures of up to +50 °C. In addition, the high-quality refrigerant compressor and the large refrigerant condenser contribute to high availability. In addition, the precisely defined cooling air flow ensures reliable dissipation of waste heat. The integrated electronic condensate drain ECO DRAIN disposes of the accumulating condensate without pressure losses.
Pressure dew point +3 °C
The generously dimensioned heat exchanger system made of copper-soldered stainless steel plates with an energy-saving air-air heat exchanger ensures that the pressure dew point of +3 °C is reliably reached and maintained. The also integrated, specially adapted condensate separator ensures optimum separation even with fluctuating throughput. The very low differential pressure guarantees KAESER's typical energy-saving operation.

The highest possible operating safety is ensured by e.g. B. the lockable, high-quality on/off switch with mains disconnection device according to EN 60204-1 (safety of machines), the bulkhead screw connection for connecting a condensate hose and the connection cable mounted strain-relieved via a PG screw connection on the dryer.
