Key product benefits of the KAESER piston compressor
KAESER compressor block
The heart, the compressor block, is manufactured in Germany at the KAESER factory in Coburg. Pistons, piston rings, connecting rods, bearings and crank flange are particularly robust. This guarantees quality and reliability.
Low compressed air temperatures
With numerous cooling fins, additional cooling pins in the compressed air outlet and a large fan wheel, the highly efficient cooling system of the EUROCOMP piston compressors keeps compressed air and oil temperatures low. This increases the availability and service life of the compressor and air tools. The special shape of the aluminum ring profile aftercooler (from 3 kW) also offers effective protection against accidental contact.
Corrosion-free stainless steel valves
The lift-limited valves have stainless steel valve tongues. This improves the heat dissipation and avoids the formation of oil carbon. The sealing behavior of the valves and their service life are also significantly extended in this way.
Maintenance-free transmission
Drive motor and compressor block are directly connected to each other. In this way, the driving force is transmitted without loss. Low speeds ensure greater efficiency and a longer service life for all moving components.
